7 Lifestyle Changes That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart Attack
this video is about 7 Lifestyle Changes That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart-attack Improving your cardiovascular health by clearing plaque buildup from arteries is a sure-fire way to decrease your risk of serious heart disease or stroke.  While there are surgeries and medications available that might do the trick, most of them come with some form of side-effect which can make you feel sick or weak for years of your life. Here are 7 ways to unclog your arteries by making simple changes to your lifestyle. 1.Stop smoking. The chemicals in cigarette and other tobacco smoke damage your blood cells, as well as disrupting the function of your heart and blood vessels. Each of these things leads to the buildup of plaque (atherosclerosis). Quitting smoking is one of the best steps you can take for the health of your heart and lungs. 2.Get more exercise. Exercise has a cascading effect that helps with a variety of the conditions that lead to clogged arteries. Regular exercise helps you lose excess weight, relieves high blood pressure, and lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. If you’re new to an exercise regimen, you may need to start slower. Consult your doctor to set up an exercise plan appropriate for you. try Aerobic, Aerobic exercise is anything that gets your heart rate up. 3. Maintain a healthy weight. The changes to your diet and physical activity will go a long way toward bringing you down to a healthy weight. You can set an actual goal for your weight using the body mass index (BMI), which uses your weight and height to estimate your body fat percentage. Aim for the normal range, which is between 18.5 and 24.9 on the index. 4. Manage your stress levels. Experiencing high levels of stress releases stress hormones in your body that can have a chronic inflammatory effect, ultimately increasing your risk of atherosclerosis. If you experience high stress levels at work or at home, then it’s important to have proper coping mechanisms to relax and reduce this risk. Steps you can take to reduce stress include: • Increasing your level of physical activity. • Meditation. • Calming activities such as yoga. • Enjoying music, movies, or other art that you find calming and peaceful. 5. Reduce your alcohol intake. Alcohol abuse puts you at a higher risk for atherosclerosis. Generally speaking, men should limit themselves to two alcoholic beverages a day, and women should limit themselves to one. 6. Manage your diabetes. Having type 2 diabetes puts you at an increased risk of atherosclerosis. If you are diabetic, stay on top of the disease by performing your blood glucose testing, managing your diet, and staying physically active. 7. See your doctor regularly. Your doctor will want to monitor your blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels closely as you make changes to help bring them into a healthy range. Keep regular appointments to monitor these indicators and mark your progress. This video only showed the lifestyle changes and if you’re looking for foods and supplements that can help unclog your arteries check out our videos. How to live a heart healthy lifestyle
Dr. James O'Keefe, CardioTabs founder, discusses the diet we are genetically designed to eat. Nutrition and diet are among the most important elements of staying healthy in regards to the heart. For a long time humans didn't have any heart disease. This is because we are eating a diet that is very different than anything humans have eaten before. For example, 75% of the calories we eat today weren't even an option for our ancestors 100 years ago. So what diet is best for us today? The same diet our ancestors ate: the hunter-gatherer diet. It is important for us to realign our lifestyle today with the lifestyle our ancestors lived. We are designed to eat the bounty that is gathered like our hunter-gatherer lifestyles. Our heart is one of the most important organs, but, surprisingly, we take care of it the least, loading it every day with stress and unhealthy diets. In this video, you will get familiar with 15 products that perform all these activities! Some of them might surprise you with their health benefits! Watch till the end - as a bonus, you will find a recipe for a special drink for healthy blood vessels. And remember to press the like button in appreciation of our work! It also resembles a vitamin injection, filling you with numerous vitamins and minerals. - Avocados are packed with fiber, which can be useful for weight loss, blood sugar reduction, and other health-benefitting processes. - Pomegranates contain antioxidants, lower blood pressure, normalize blood circulation and increase hemoglobin levels. - Cinnamon can protect you from heart diseases and atherosclerosis. It also boosts metabolism and helps you to lose weight. - Watermelon plays an important role in vascular health. It stabilizes the cholesterol levels and contains antioxidants. It provides hydration, which is a great thing for your body. - Garlic dilates the vessels, lowers blood pressure, alleviates vasoconstriction, and prevents atherosclerotic plaques from appearing. It improves digestion as well, assisting in the functioning of the intestines. - Apples and pears are rich in fiber that helps your heart. They normalize blood circulation and are cheaper and more readily available alternatives to pomegranates. Besides, apples will help to maintain white and healthy teeth. Signs Of Heart Attack That You Have To Know – Healthy Lifestyle
Signs Of Heart Attack That You Have To Know – Healthy Lifestyle !! The heart attacks, contrary to the popular opinion, aren’t usually heralded by classic and obvious signs like where a person clutches at her/his heart dramatically with severe chest pain. About 25 percent of the heart attacks happen silently, with no recognizable or clear symptoms. Dr. C. Crandall, a cardiologist, has spent many years working to minimize, prevent and reverse heart disease. With time, Dr. C. Crandall has come to recognize that our hearts do warn us of a potential heart attack, minutes, days or weeks before it happens. 1: Swelling: Many people think that swelling of the ankles or feet has to do with sitting or standing too much. But, heart failure can cause accumulated fluid in the body. It can cause swelling in the abdomen or legs, ankles and feet. Some people retain so much fluid and discover they have gained weight suddenly. When it occurs, many people lose the appetite. 2: Anxiety: Many people that have experience heart attack state that they had anxiety attacks just before it happened. Although some people with anxiety attack think that they’re having heart attack, it’s better to be safe than sorry. 3: Pain in the other body parts: For many of the victims, the pains starts in the chest and spreads to the jaw, back, shoulders, arms and abdomen. But, sometimes there isn’t actual chest pain, but pain is some other body parts. It is especially common the pain in one of both arms or between the shoulder blades. It can come and go, but do not let it fool you. 4: Coughing: Some of the victims will cough bloody phlegm and others have wheezing or nagging cough that sometimes is a symptom of heart failure. This is because of fluid buildup in the lungs. It is very important to pay attention to this symptom or any of the other symptoms. These were the hidden signs, but in the following we will show you some of the most common signs that everyone should be aware of: -Lightheadedness; -Nausea; -Cold sweat; -Shortness of breath; -Chest discomfort; Don’t ignore the symptoms hoping that they’ll disappear. If they last for more than 5-10 minutes, call 911 or call someone to drive you to the hospital. You can also chew an aspirin and swallow it, except if you are allergic to it.

https://alphashravan.blogspot.com/ alpha to omega of life stay motivated and inspired... Health & Fitness Heart related deaths are common in our country. Diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, smoking and genetic factors have led to increased cardiovascular diseases. Unhealthy lifestyle practice also causes cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular diseases were first in the genetic cause of Southeast Asian people. This can be prevented by a healthy lifestyle. However, by adopting some healthy lifestyle technique, cardiovascular disorders need to be advised to swell closer. Doctor of Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi Rajiv Rajput has given some suggestions. Healthy Diet: Healthy eating is important. Nutritionally required nutrients are available from balanced diet. However, high levels of fatty acids with junk powder, salt and sugar can cause heart damage. It's unfortunate that people are consuming it without thinking about it for a second. Calorie foods require protein, vitamin, mineral content, and low fat content for the body. Get out of sedentary lifestyle: Many people do not exercise regularly. Void and inertial lifestyle also causes cardiovascular disease. Diabetes, hypertension, and other cardiovascular diseases increase as it increases. Exercise Everyday : Exercise plays an important role in keeping the heart healthy. Cardio - Pumped up with exercise strengthens the heart muscles. Exercise daily reduces blood pressure, cholesterol, and balance blood sugar levels in a balanced way. Reduce stress as much as possible: Most people living in urban areas suffer from stress. Each organ is affected by such stress. Adrenaline-like hormones flow in the body. Cardiovascular Diseases Increase from work that requires stress. 7-8pm Sleep Sleep Needed: Some people sleep less because of lack of time. With such a practice, the body is especially affected by the heart. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day is good for health. This can prevent heart disease related diseases. Smoking, quit alcohol: Tobacco consumption can cause heart damage. Smoking can have a bad effect on the heart. Smoking smoking is also harmful. Liver damage can lead to death from alcohol. Regular Inspections: Regular health screening may prevent prevention of major diseases. Cardiac disorders can be treated by early inspection. That way, the problem may be overwhelming. Good health can be maintained by regular inspection.

Preventing Heart Disease with a Healthy Lifestyle
Whether its coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, cardiac arrest, or congestive heart failure, doctors say for many patients all forms of heart disease can be prevented. “We do about 1,100 open heart procedures here annually. We are seeing them every day,” said Dr. Brian Hummel, a cardiothoracic surgeon with Lee Health. Nearly 600 of those procedures performed at Lee Health every year are coronary bypass surgeries. “Of those patients, a significant percentage could have perhaps avoided or delayed for a significant amount of time had they done something lifestyle wise,” said Dr. Hummel. That means adding at least 20 minutes of physical activity to your daily routine and taking out foods that are high in sodium, sugar and fat. “Eating right can certainly help to avoid cardiac problems and cardiac disease down the road,” said Dr. Hummel. Keeping up with your annual doctor appointments and monitoring your weight and lab work, can also help patients address any changes to their heart health. “Watch your cholesterol and triglycerides, the fatty foods, red meats and that sort of thing. There is a lot of evidence that a plant-based diet really does lower the risk of heart disease,” said Dr. Hummel. The number one thing doctors recommend to prevent heart disease: is to stop smoking. “Still people continue to smoke, and it is the number one problem in terms of people developing heart disease,” said Dr. Hummel. Lee Health was recently chosen as one of the top 50 cardiovascular programs in the nation. Doctors say improving your lifestyle can benefit your heart health and keep you out of the hospital.
