I have been doing this for about a week now, and I find it hard still, but I have just finished doing it again and although I found it difficult I didn't have to stop so many times!! Yay for small steps of improvement!!
I do this workout, then am sore for days and then don’t do it again for like another and repeat this process. So I don’t get any results bc I’m lazy 😂 I don’t have anything to do today so maybe I’ll do it again later today to be extra sore :))
I am doing this every day for about 2 weeks combined with a diet and i see mayor difference in my thighs they are getting rounder and bigger and my booty is getting bubble-ish and toning in my stomach so it really works. My diet contains: tons of water, spinach, cabbage, ricewaffles, broccoli, chickpeas, sometimes fish but no meat no added oils or salt, and it works very well for me and i've lost some weight my goal is to do this workout for a month and i"ll tell you guys the results 🙂

It was short,easy, did not tire me out completely and best thing i could actually keep going.
My exams are going on so i have to sit in one place for long time and no time to move and that extra hunger because of brain work.so i always gain weight.
This i found easy. So i will try to do it on a regular basis. I am sweating with minimal efforts and i think it's good for this time.
I am adding one more double chin remove routine for 5min with this.hoping i won't get extra chubby while eating and not moving

I have been doing this for 2 months +(From 16th July until now) . I did 10 minutes of this, 20 minutes power walk & 1 minute elbow plank + 1 minute full plank. Results : from size 8 (US) to size 4 (US). I am happy.
This workout really works but I've been doing it for 3 years so I gotta switch it up unfortunately! Wish Andrea had more workouts available. I just have to say, what does that Zelana girl say in the beginning, that it's a "fat free workout"?? Lol I've never understood that.
Hi guys, ive been doing this for a week already. With breaks in between of course, meaning i've done this for 7 days but not consecutively. I manage to lose roughly 1 kg after a week of doing this. I ate clean tho. Maintained 1200 calories or below per day.
As for my legs, i managed to see it much toned up than it used to be (flabby and disgusting)
My mum joined me for 3 days consecutively and said that her panta got looser afterwards.
Of course, i added a few other workouts in my routine.
This workout followed by another 10mins thigh workout and an alexis ren ab workout.
I hope to update over a few more weeks.
