I think this is the first time I am posting a comment under a workout video. This workout doesn't make us hate the workout with the breathless jumps and cardio but it still makes our heart beat up . One of my favourite workout.

1) Don't eat rice
2) Don't eat sweets etc...
3) Drink 4 glasses of water BEFORE eating
4) Don't eat too fast
5) Bite food 15-20 times
6) If you're hungry, drink 5 bottles/cups of water
7) Put your legs up while you're on the computer.
8) Don't be stressed or else you'll eat more
9) Don't think about bad memories
10) Don't watch food videos
11) Don't look at junk food/unhealthy food
12) If you saw food, think about YOU losing weight
13) Imagine losing weight
14) Must finish eating after 30-40 minutes

I love the Pop Sugar channel! There is so much variety in the workouts, and the trainers. This was a fun, and at times intense workout! I did a quick warm-up first, then I used this workout to get a little lower body movement, before moving on to my 45-min upper body strength/cardio workout. I liked this, and felt like it rounded out my overall workout very nicely.
Seriously folks, this workout does wonders. I've tried it on several occasions and it shrinks my hips and tones my butt in under 2 weeks. BUT I'm also lazy af and once I reach my desired body shape I'm like wth why should I even keep working out my hips and butt look amazing! and BAM two weeks later I can't fit into my pants.
Tl;dr: It totally works as long as you're committed to doing it every day.
I have been doing this for about a week now, and I find it hard still, but I have just finished doing it again and although I found it difficult I didn't have to stop so many times!! Yay for small steps of improvement!!
I do this workout, then am sore for days and then don’t do it again for like another and repeat this process. So I don’t get any results bc I’m lazy 😂 I don’t have anything to do today so maybe I’ll do it again later today to be extra sore :))
I am doing this every day for about 2 weeks combined with a diet and i see mayor difference in my thighs they are getting rounder and bigger and my booty is getting bubble-ish and toning in my stomach so it really works. My diet contains: tons of water, spinach, cabbage, ricewaffles, broccoli, chickpeas, sometimes fish but no meat no added oils or salt, and it works very well for me and i've lost some weight my goal is to do this workout for a month and i"ll tell you guys the results 🙂

It was short,easy, did not tire me out completely and best thing i could actually keep going.
My exams are going on so i have to sit in one place for long time and no time to move and that extra hunger because of brain work.so i always gain weight.
This i found easy. So i will try to do it on a regular basis. I am sweating with minimal efforts and i think it's good for this time.
I am adding one more double chin remove routine for 5min with this.hoping i won't get extra chubby while eating and not moving
