For anyone who wants to screenshot this: Do each of these exercises on each leg 30 seconds of butterflies 30 seconds of pulses 30 seconds of leg raises (on the ground ) 30 seconds of fire hydrants 30 seconds of leg raises (standing up)

This seems like a really good workout but does it build up muscle and make ur legs bulky or does it slim them down ?
