no offense doc.. I believe you also are correct but the title just confused all and will not get to the meaning of the intellectual property. protecting the idea on your head before it gets to any others is not that hard...But for my situation it seems to be.. but  that s a rare case to really mention intellectual property it is so all out of proportion to be so common to mention now a days...isn't well what I am saying protecting intellectual property is the hardest thing to protect if it was out before  it got registered ... how do you protect the idea?
